  • Complete our initial form on our “Register page” or call us using the details on our contact page. You will be contacted shortly by a member of our team and start you on your Affinity Care journey.

  • This depends on you but if you’re keen to get started then it’s likely we can have you working within 2 weeks.

  • Affinity is committed to a personal approach which places value on you as an individual. When you join us you will be more than just a payroll number. We are well respected within the care sector and have an excellent reputation for supplying quality care staff.

  • Affinity Care is one of only 47 accredited ‘Living Wage Employers’ in the South West. We voluntarily commit to setting our minimum pay rate at a level which allows our workers to earn a ‘Living Wage’ rather than using the outdated national minimum wage. For more details visit livingwage.com.
